Inspiration is everywhere
Digging through my camera roll. Noticing how the light hits my neighbor’s house each morning. Staging lemons on a plate. This project had me searching for ideas and stretching my limits. In the best way.
The repetition fostered many breakthroughs and refinements in my style. It’s where I first started experimenting with a palette knife and thick texture, now a staple of my work.
The only thing better than starting it, was being done.
